Customer statement:

Brief rubbing/clattering operation when accelerating in the 2nd gear from low speed. |

Juddering/clattering when accelerating in 2nd gear for about 1-2 seconds (for example when turning off or reaccelerating between 5 and 10 km/h). |

Vibrations, juddering/clattering when changing from 1st to 2nd gear at low speed (no jerk). |

Check model year of vehicle and replace clutch

Fit the repair kit for multiple clutch according to the Parts information/repair manual. |
The complaint is not caused by the two-mass flywheel. Groundlessly replaced parts will be redebited.
Only replace the clutch when it is certain that no other measure (TPI/components/software) will fix this complaint.
